Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size

  • Change of mind

  • Color variations

  • Buyer’s remorse

Each item is produced specifically for your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Our fulfiller will review and remake or refund defective items at no cost to you.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If the address provided at checkout is incorrect, resulting in failed delivery, we cannot issue replacements or refunds. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
